On the palate, this blend of Cinsault (40%), Syrah (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) offers vibrant freshness and an abundance of ripe red fruit. Subtle hints of sweet spices and silky tannins create a soft, harmonious finish.
The Stellenzicht Thunderstone Red has been aged for eighteen months in French oak and pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, spicy pasta dishes, or a selection of mature cheeses.
