Displaying a vibrant ruby hue, it reveals aromas of raspberry and cherry with subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. On the palate, it is juicy, elegant, and balanced, showing ripe red fruit, fine tannins, and a lingering finish.
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in Stellenbosch, Wellington, and Agter-Paarl. Fermented at 22–25 °C, the wine was aged 8–10 months on lightly toasted French oak staves with micro-oxygenation, adding depth and complexity.
A versatile and approachable Merlot with soft texture and fruit purity – perfect with tomato-based pasta, beef, or grilled dishes.
