The bouquet reveals ripe mulberry aromas complemented by black olive and a subtle note of aniseed.
On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy with smooth texture, vibrant cherry fruit and a medium-bodied profile supported by fine tannins and clean structure.
Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and blended with 15 % Durif for added colour and structure, this Syrah offers excellent ageing potential and pairs beautifully with robust, savoury dishes.
