On the nose, it reveals a seductive bouquet of juicy plums and blackcurrants, complemented by smoky nuances and delicate hints of white pepper.
On the palate, the Alto Shiraz impresses with supple tannins that perfectly harmonize with touches of white pepper and a hint of fynbos. The red wine was aged for 18 months in French oak, allowing it to develop its refined structure.
The Alto Shiraz is not only a pleasure to enjoy on its own but also the perfect companion to dark meats like spicy lamb or grilled sirloin. It also pairs wonderfully with venison dishes.
