On the nose, ripe raspberry takes the lead, accompanied by hints of yellow apple and red cherry compote. The palate is vibrant and expressive, with sun-kissed red fruit and quince, supported by a refined acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Harvested in the cool early morning hours, the grapes were gently processed and only the free-run juice was used. Fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, the result is a wine with freshness, clarity and poise.
Perfect with smoked salmon, avocado, light starters or canapés - or simply enjoyed on a sunny afternoon.
