In this spirit, Jordan produces a Chenin Blanc that reflects both origin and heritage: crafted from old vines on cool-facing slopes and fermented entirely in French oak - an ode to timeless craftsmanship.
Ripe yellow apple, candied lemon peel and subtle toast define the bouquet, while the palate reveals creamy depth, minerality and freshness.
Aged for 9 months sur lie in oak barrels, this is a layered, terroir-driven white that celebrates the roots of South African winemaking.
