On the nose, the wine shows citrus peel and green stone fruit, expressed in a distinctly mineral, non-floral style.
The palate is taut and mineral-driven, marked by steely acidity, a concentrated mouthfeel and a saline edge that carries through to a bright, savoury finish.
Fermented and matured in stainless steel with lees contact, this Assyrtiko retains its pure varietal expression – a focused white wine with Mediterranean character and striking tension.
