A true winner for any dinner: Fairview Winemaker’s Selection Homtini pairs beautifully with Italian cuisine - whether it’s a rich tomato-based pasta or a flavourful pork tenderloin. But this cuvée, made from Sangiovese (40%), Cabernet Sauvignon (31%), Merlot (20%) and Shiraz (9%) and matured for twenty months in French and American oak, is also a delight on its own.
