On the nose, aromas of cherry, wild red berries and finely crushed black pepper are layered with violet hints.
On the palate, it delivers focused structure, dense fruit and velvety tannins, framed by 16 months in French oak, approximately 60 % new barrels.
A refined Pinot Noir crafted for now and the future – perfect with lamb, game or well-aged cheese.
