Product information "Stark-Condé Round Mountain Sauvignon Blanc 2024"
Pale lemon in colour, the bouquet reveals pink grapefruit, pineapple, and passion fruit alongside the distinctive fynbos aromas typical of this old vineyard. The palate is complex, refined, and vibrant, offering fine texture, bright acidity, and a long mineral finish.
The grapes were gently pressed and settled naturally before being racked slightly “dirty” to barrel for fermentation. The wine spent 9 months on the lees with partial stirring, gaining weight and texture.
A certified organic Sauvignon Blanc of remarkable depth and purity – elegant, expressive, and distinctly Jonkershoek.
