On the palate, this Chardonnay is light to medium-bodied, fresh and well balanced, with lively acidity and a clear, harmonious mouthfeel.
The stainless steel vinification preserves the wine’s pure fruit and freshness, while five months on the lees add subtle structure. With only 8,600 bottles produced, the Chamonix Unoaked Chardonnay 2025 is an elegant, linear white wine for effortless enjoyment.
