On the nose, the Babel Red reveals aromas of lavender, liquorice, bay leaf and cedar spice, complemented by juicy notes of cassis, plum and black cherry. The bouquet is complex yet balanced, with fine spicy nuances that enhance its elegant and modern character.
On the palate, the wine appears medium-bodied, juicy and perfectly balanced. Ripe tannins and subtle oak create structure, while the fruit core adds depth and softness. The finish is smooth and long, with notes of dark fruit and gentle spice – a red wine that offers immediate pleasure and excellent ageing potential.
In the cellar: Each variety was vinified separately and fermented on the skins for about seven days, followed by an additional week of maceration before pressing. The wine matured for 12 months in seasoned 300-litre French oak barrels and large foudres before bottling.
