On the palate, this Shiraz is juicy and well-balanced, with fresh structure, a silky mouthfeel and a dry, long-lasting finish. The wine was aged for ten months in oak to enhance its harmony and depth.
A perfect match for roast pork, grilled vegetables or a hearty lentil stew - this Shiraz pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes and also stands confidently on its own.
