The bouquet offers aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, and white blossoms, complemented by subtle yeasty and toasty notes.
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet refined, with creamy texture, lively acidity, and a long, harmonious finish. As a beautiful winter white wine, it shows its full charm and pairs not only with fish or poultry but also wonderfully with duck.
In the cellar, the Chardonnay was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels with regular lees stirring – resulting in a layered, complex white wine with depth and character.
