Made from 66% Pinotage and 34% Shiraz, the grapes were left on the vine longer and partially dried to create deep colour, concentration, and rich flavour.
The wine reveals aromas of juicy coconut, red berries, dried figs, and subtle spice.
Aged for three years in French and American oak, Asara Avalon offers complexity, structure, and an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.
