Product information "Anthonij Rupert Protea Sauvignon Blanc 2025"
Pale straw in colour with green hues, the bouquet reveals guava, gooseberry, kiwi, and passion fruit combined with fresh citrus and hints of stone fruit. On the palate, it is bright, well-balanced, and fruit-driven, showing crisp acidity, a soft texture, and a long, dry finish.
The grapes come from granite, shale, and sandstone soils across the Western Cape. After cool fermentation in stainless steel, the wine was aged for 2–3 months on the lees to enhance mouthfeel and depth. The result is a clean, elegant Sauvignon Blanc full of freshness and finesse.
A vibrant and elegant summer wine – ideal with seafood, salads, or enjoyed on its own.
