Product information "Alto Rouge 2024"
On the nose, it reveals a distinctive profile of cherry, sumac and fine spice, complemented by savoury nuances that add depth and a unique expression.
On the palate, Alto Rouge is elegant, powerful and structured, with bright cherry and ripe raspberry fruit, a subtle umami undertone and firm, well-built tannins.
Maturation in French and American oak gives the blend additional structure and complexity. It pairs especially well with roast beef, sirloin, mushroom risotto, burgers or braai.
