On the palate, it impresses with its complexity and outstanding structure. Flavours of plum, blackcurrant, and fig are complemented by elegant oak, adding a luxurious dimension to the taste.
The Alto Cabernet Sauvignon aged for eighteen months in French oak and is excellent enjoyed on its own. It also pairs beautifully with dark meats such as beef fillet or lamb, and is an excellent choice for tuna as well.
