Dark berry and plum aromas intertwine with vanilla, violet, clove, and herbal nuances, offering both depth and elegance.
On the palate, this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Shiraz (23%), Merlot (7%), Mourvèdre (6%), Sangiovese (5%), Cabernet Franc (4%), Petit Verdot (3%), and Barbera (2%) showcases silky tannins, rich fruit, and remarkable balance. Aged for 20 months in French oak, it delivers layered complexity and an exceptionally long, graceful finish.
Named after Waterford’s founder Jeremy “Jem” Ord, this limited-edition wine stands as a tribute to his vision – to craft South Africa’s finest red wine.
