Product information "Vrede en Lust Ella 2023"
The grapes come from the sun-drenched slopes of the Simonsberg-Paarl farm and are fermented and matured separately. This allows each variety to contribute its own expression to the final, harmonious blend.
On the palate, this red wine is fruit-driven, smooth and elegantly structured, with ripe blackberries, juicy plums and subtle hints of blackcurrant. Gentle spice notes add further depth and complexity.
The maturation in French and American oak gives the wine structure, balance and a silky mouthfeel. This Rhône-style blend pairs especially well with spicy food, grilled meats or smoky Asian dishes.
