On the nose, it offers intense aromas of orange zest, dried apricots and mango, complemented by subtle oak spice. The palate is lusciously sweet and creamy, perfectly balanced by natural acidity, leading to a long, harmonious finish.
The hand-harvested grapes come from ocean-influenced vineyards and were carefully vinified after a long ripening period. Following fermentation, the wine matured for 24 months in old barrels, adding further depth and complexity. A dessert wine for special occasions – perfect with fine cheese, fruity desserts or simply enjoyed on its own as a luxurious conclusion to a meal.
