On the nose, it reveals a vibrant profile of fresh citrus, apricot and white floral notes, giving the wine a bright, elegant and inviting character.
On the palate, the Chardonnay is textured, nuanced and fresh, with clear fruit, fine balance and a smooth mouthfeel. The older oak component adds subtle biscuit notes to the finish.
The extended lees contact gives the Chardonnay additional texture and nuance. Delicate biscuit notes on the finish elegantly round off its fresh, clear style.
