The nose combines passion fruit and nettle with a distinct mineral edge. The aromatic profile is complex yet precise, delivering expressive freshness.
On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc is dense and structured. Vibrant acidity and intense fruit create a tight, focused mouthfeel with a long mineral finish.
Night harvesting, careful settling at low temperatures and 100 days of lees contact emphasise the estate’s minimal-intervention philosophy. With ageing potential of two to four years, the wine will gain further complexity over time.
