- Cape Blend in honour of Frans Malan 🍷
- Notes of black berries, plum & cedar 🍇
- Aged 17 months in French oak ⏳
In the glass, it displays a deep red colour. The bouquet offers black berries, ripe plum, vanilla, tobacco, and cedar wood. On the palate, it is complex and structured, with fine tannins and a long, lingering finish.
Hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and separately vinified, the wine matured for 17 months in French oak (24% new barrels) after malolactic fermentation. Already enjoyable, it will continue to develop beautifully over the next few years.
