The wine impresses with its deep colour, firm structure and remarkable complexity. Aged for two years in new French oak barriques and an additional four years in the bottle, it develops a refined character with rich layers of dark fruit, spice and oak influence.
A true flagship wine from Springfield Estate - powerful, elegant and long-lasting. Best enjoyed on its own or served with dark meats or matured cheeses.
