On the palate, this Shiraz is smooth, rounded and well balanced, with juicy fruit, supple tannins and a satisfying mouthfeel.
The gentle use of French oak gives the wine additional length and structure without masking the fruit. The Spier Signature Collection Shiraz 2025 pairs beautifully with juicy rump steak, sirloin, flame-grilled burgers or hearty dishes with a spicy touch.
