On the nose, it reveals a fresh aromatic profile of green fig, blackcurrant and ripe tropical fruit, complemented by delicate citrus notes.
On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc is clear, vibrant and mineral, with pure fruit, a well-balanced mouthfeel and a sea-salt twist on the finish.
The nine months of lees ageing give the wine additional balance and texture, while stainless steel fermentation preserves its freshness. Served well chilled, the Spier Seaward Sauvignon Blanc 2025 pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, salads or roast chicken.
