Spicy undertones and a hint of dark chocolate make the play of aromas perfect. On the palate, the cuvée of Shiraz (59%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (29%), which was refined with a small proportion of Petit Verdot (12%), impresses with its incredibly balanced character and the velvety tannins lead to a soft finish.
The Spier Good Natured Organic Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is therefore a delight on its own, but it also accompanies spicy dishes, roast chicken with grilled vegetables and cheese very excellently.
