Product information "Spier Creative Block 2 2025"
On the nose, it reveals a fresh aromatic profile of gooseberry, lime and white peach, complemented by subtle fynbos notes.
On the palate, this blend is vibrant, structured and mineral, with blackcurrant leaf, elderflower and passion fruit. The finish is long, clear and beautifully focused.
The three months of lees ageing give the wine additional texture and balance, while a small portion of Sémillon was fermented in French oak to add complexity. The Spier Creative Block 2 2025 pairs especially well with salmon, trout or mussels.
