On the nose, it reveals a rich aromatic profile of juicy peach, pear and litchi, complemented by melon and well-balanced oak spice.
On the palate, this Chenin Blanc is layered, textured and elegant, with juicy fruit, fresh acidity and a crisp fruit core that lingers beautifully.
The maturation in French oak adds depth, structure and length without masking the wine’s clear fruit expression. The Spier 21 Gables Chenin Blanc 2024 pairs beautifully with crispy pork belly, duck, mature cheese or aromatic spice-driven dishes.
