In der Nase zeigen sich knackige grüne Äpfel, Birne und feine Brioche-Noten, ergänzt durch Zitrus- und florale Akzente. Die elegante, leicht goldene Farbe unterstreicht seinen klassischen Stil.
Am Gaumen überzeugt der MCC mit frischer Frucht, lebendiger Säure und zarter Mineralität. Ein Teil des Chardonnay-Grundweins wurde in gebrauchten französischen Eichenfässern vergoren, was zusätzliche Komplexität verleiht.
Ein eleganter Premium-Schaumwein mit Finesse – ideal als Aperitif oder als Begleiter zu Fisch und Geflügel.
