Product information "Rainbow´s End Cabernet Franc Limited Release 2023"
In the glass, it displays a deep ruby hue. The bouquet reveals pomegranate, red currants, and winter spices such as cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, it offers vibrant red fruit with subtle herbal nuances and a refined tannin structure. A complex and well-balanced Cabernet Franc with finesse, gentle spice, and a lingering finish.
Aged for 12 months in French oak (50% new, 25% second-, 25% third-fill), the wine was racked twice during maturation to maintain purity and precision. Enjoyable now, it will reach its full potential after an ageing period of 5–8 years.
