- High-density single vineyard Cabernet Franc – ultra low yield 🌱
- Wild fermentation & 18 months French oak maturation ⏳
- Precise dark fruit with a striking mineral backbone 🍇
The nose opens with dark berry fruit, Morello cherries, star anise, and fennel seed, lifted by a floral violet top note. Elegant, detailed and expressive.
On the palate, the wine is precise and linear with concentrated dark fruit and a striking mineral backbone. The low-yielding vineyard contributes intensity, while the fine tannins ensure finesse and age-worthiness.
Fermented spontaneously with 20 % whole bunches and aged for 10 months in new French oak plus 8 months in neutral barrels, this Cabernet Franc shows purity, texture and depth.
