Product information "Raats MR Vesperi White Blend 2024"
On the nose, it reveals a layered aromatic profile of lemon curd, fine French patisserie and delicate waxy notes, complemented by bright fruit and an elegant, subtly creamy expression.
On the palate, the blend is balanced, fresh and textured, with notes of orange rind, apricot and meringue. A touch of spice on the entry adds further tension and complexity.
The nine-month lees ageing, together with individual components matured in concrete and older French oak, gives the wine structure, depth and a slightly honeyed finish. It pairs especially well with oysters, crayfish, white fish, veal or semi-hard cheeses.
