Each grape variety was aged separately for one year in French oak. Only the lots that scored over 90 points in blind tastings were chosen for the final cuvée. The result is a wine of great depth, power and elegance.
On the nose, it reveals aromas of red fruit, rosemary and floral notes, followed by hints of black pepper. The palate is refined and energetic, with fine tannins, vibrant structure and a long, mineral finish.
A perfect match with filet mignon, rib-eye or matured hard cheese - or simply enjoyed on its own on a special occasion.
