The sea salt from Saint Helena Bay on South Africa’s West Coast originates from underground salt deposits and is naturally rich in minerals and trace elements. Combined with carefully selected spices, it creates an intense and unmistakably South African flavour profile.
A blend of chilli, cayenne pepper, paprika, wild garlic, cumin, coriander and marjoram gives grilled dishes a spicy, slightly smoky and aromatic character.
Perfect with steak, burgers, spare ribs, chicken, grilled vegetables or as a BBQ rub for marinades and dips – ideal for authentic braai and BBQ moments.
