On the nose, it reveals a fruit-driven profile of guava, gooseberry and green fig, complemented by fresh blackcurrant leaf and tropical nuances.
On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc is lively, fresh and layered, with good texture, mineral character and an appealing juicy mouthfeel.
The four-month lees ageing adds complexity and fullness, while the small portion of Sémillon broadens the mid-palate. A fresh, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc that pairs especially well with fish, seafood or light salads.
