The nose reveals a vibrant aromatic profile of blackcurrant, passion fruit, gooseberry and green fig. The fruit expression is precise and layered, giving the wine expressive aromatics.
On the palate, the wine is juicy and well balanced. Tropical fruit, a subtle mineral note and lively acidity come together in a layered mouthfeel with freshness and persistence.
Lees ageing adds texture, while a small proportion of Semillon broadens the mid-palate. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc with clear structure and excellent versatility at the table.
