Product information "L´Avenir Single Block Chenin Blanc 2024"
On the nose, the Chenin Blanc presents white blossoms, lemon and grapefruit peel with a delicate hint of honey. The aromatics are pure and expressive, combining floral freshness with lifted citrus tones, reflecting the unique terroir of Block 30.
On the palate, the wine is generous, textured and beautifully balanced. Lively acidity supports rich fruit, subtle oak nuances and a whisper of honey. The concentration and depth from old vines deliver impressive length, finesse and precision throughout the finish.
In the cellar: Five hours of skin contact before pressing, first 10% fermented in stainless steel, then transferred to first- to third-fill French oak barrels. Aged 14 months on healthy lees with regular batonnage for complexity and mouthfeel.
