The vineyards benefit from Constantia’s cool maritime climate, influenced by refreshing Atlantic Ocean breezes and slow grape ripening. This allows the rosé to retain its signature freshness, balance and aromatic intensity.
In the glass, the wine displays an elegant pale blush colour. The nose reveals ripe strawberry, juicy melon and bright citrus aromas, complemented by delicate hints of raspberry and green apple.
On the palate, the Groot Constantia Rosé 2025 is lively, crisp and beautifully balanced. Its vibrant acidity and pure fruit character create a refreshing mouthfeel with excellent drinkability. Maturation in stainless steel tanks with two months on the lees enhances the wine’s freshness while adding subtle texture and finesse.
Whether enjoyed as a stylish aperitif or paired with summer salads, light pasta dishes or seafood, this rosé delivers South African elegance, freshness and effortless enjoyment.
