On the palate, the MCC is fresh, creamy and precise, with fine mousse and harmonious structure. Bright acidity adds tension and balance, leading to a long, elegant finish.
The combination of cool Constantia climate, hand harvesting and a total of 24 months lees ageing gives this sparkling wine added complexity and expression.
A refined Blanc de Blancs with classic elegance and delicate minerality – perfect as an aperitif or paired with fine seafood.
