Aromas of red berries and Fynbos are beautifully interwoven with a touch of pepper, creating an enticing mix of fruit and spice.
On the palate, this blend of Grenache Noir (45%), Shiraz (41%), Mourvèdre (9%), and Cinsault (5%) is fruity, spicy, and elegantly structured.
A hint of oak complements the red cherry notes before the wine finishes with a long, smooth, and harmonious aftertaste.
Aged for nine months in French oak, the Fairview Winemaker’s Selection Caldera is delightful on its own or paired with dark meats and spicy dishes.
