Product information "Ernie Els Major Series Merlot 2022"
On the palate, the Merlot is succulent and slightly creamy, with dark fruit and delicate vanilla notes derived from gentle oak maturation. A touch of blood orange highlights the fine, silky tannins and leads into a long, fruit-driven finish where black cherries and ripe plums linger beautifully.
The Ernie Els Major Series Merlot was matured for sixteen months in French oak and pairs perfectly with braised lamb, herb-crusted fillet of beef or stuffed aubergines with Mediterranean spices.
