The Neethlingshof Chardonnay Unwooded 2025 offers aromas of lemon, pear, kiwi and winter melon. Apricot, white peach and mango add vibrant fruit on the palate, while stainless-steel fermentation and around one month on the fine lees provide additional texture and a long, delicate finish.
The Blaauwklippen Chardonnay 2023 combines peach and cream with delicate notes of lemon and orange blossom. A rich texture, mineral nuances and lively acidity lead into a creamy finish. Eleven months in French oak add further richness and depth.
The Anthonij Rupert Protea Chardonnay 2025 is fresh and elegant, with aromas of orange blossom, citrus and ripe stone fruit. Peach and nectarine meet crisp acidity, while stainless-steel fermentation and two to three months on the fine lees add further texture.
The Springfield Estate Wild Yeast Chardonnay 2024 is fermented exclusively with natural wild yeasts, creating a pure and terroir-driven expression of Chardonnay. Citrus, green apple and fine minerality meet vibrant acidity and a long, dry finish. Full malolactic fermentation adds further depth without any influence from oak.
The Mont Rochelle Chardonnay 2024 offers aromas of stone fruit, lemon cream and pineapple. On the palate, citrus and stone fruit combine with beautifully integrated oak and pronounced acidity, creating an elegant, mineral Chardonnay with a long and refreshing finish.
The Leopard's Leap Classic Collection Unwooded Chardonnay 2025 is a fresh and harmonious Chardonnay made without oak influence. Citrus and white peach are complemented by subtle biscuit and apple notes, while lemon, lime, peach and pear create an approachable, fruit-driven style.
