The Raats Méthode Ancestrale 2024 is an exceptional sparkling wine made from 100% Pinotage using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale. Aromas of red apple skin, pomegranate, fynbos and delicate brioche meet a fine, mouth-filling mousse and vibrant youthful freshness.
The Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs 2020 comes from old Chardonnay vineyards in Robertson and displays an elegant, mineral-driven style. Lemon, grapefruit, white peach and pear combine with brioche, toasted almonds and subtle spice. Sixty months of lees ageing give this Cap Classique a creamy texture, impressive depth and a long, precise finish.
The Plaisir Grand Brut 2018 displays a pale straw colour with a fine and persistent mousse. Wild rose, white pear and green apple combine with hazelnut notes, a creamy texture and fresh citrus accents. The blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) spent 28 months on the lees following its second fermentation.
The Anthonij Rupert L’Ormarins Brut Classique N/V impresses with a fine, lively mousse and an elegant combination of ripe yellow fruit, peach, apple and lemon. Fresh citrus notes and subtle minerality provide balance and structure on the palate. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method and offers a balanced, lingering finish.
The Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc N/V delights with its lively and uncomplicated character. Passion fruit, melon and lime define the bouquet, while tropical flavours of pineapple, guava and pear unfold on the palate. Its crisp structure and fresh fruit make it a wonderfully refreshing sparkling wine.
The Villiera Tradition Brut Rosé N/V combines Pinot Noir (35%), Chardonnay (30%), Pinotage (30%) and Pinot Meunier (5%) to create an elegant Cap Classique with a vibrant rosé colour and fine mousse. On the palate, it is intense, balanced and fresh. Eighteen months of lees ageing add further finesse, depth and elegance.
