The Raats Méthode Ancestrale 2024 is an exceptional sparkling wine made from 100% Pinotage using the traditional Méthode Ancestrale. Aromas of red apple skin, pomegranate, fynbos and delicate brioche meet a fine, mouth-filling mousse and vibrant youthful freshness.
The Graham Beck Blanc de Blancs 2020 comes from old Chardonnay vineyards in Robertson and displays an elegant, mineral-driven style. Lemon, grapefruit, white peach and pear are complemented by brioche, toasted almond and subtle spice. Sixty months on the lees give this Cap Classique creamy texture, depth and a long, precise finish.
The Plaisir Grand Brut 2018 shows a pale straw colour with a fine and persistent mousse. Wild rose, white pear and green apple combine with hazelnut notes, creamy texture and fresh citrus. The blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) spent 28 months on the lees following its second fermentation.
The Simonsig Kaapse Vonkel Brut 2024 continues a special South African sparkling wine tradition: in 1971, Simonsig introduced the country’s first Cap Classique. Crisp green apple, pear, citrus and delicate brioche meet lively acidity and subtle minerality – elegant, fresh and full of finesse.
The Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc delights with its lively and approachable style. Passion fruit, melon and lime define the bouquet, while tropical flavours of pineapple, guava and pear unfold on the palate. Its crisp structure and fresh fruit make it a wonderfully refreshing sparkling wine.
The Villiera Tradition Brut Rosé combines Pinot Noir (35%), Chardonnay (30%), Pinotage (30%) and Pinot Meunier (5%) in an elegant Cap Classique with a vibrant rosé colour and fine mousse. The palate is intense, balanced and fresh, while eighteen months on the lees add further finesse, depth and elegance.
