The Anthonij Rupert L’Ormarins Brut Classique flows into the glass of the gourmet in a bright yellow-golden colour. Immediatly the fine bubbles become apparent and help the bouquet in its reach. Aromas of yellow, ripe fruits such as peach, apple and lemon flow into the nose.
The Villiera Tradition Brut is the first Cap Classique that Villiera has produced. The blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) delights with its complexity and balance.
The Garuzis Brut offers refined bubbles and a layered bouquet. Fresh aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime, and white peach are beautifully complemented by subtle notes of brioche, honey, and almonds.
The Steenberg 1682 Chardonnay Cap Classique N/V impresses with fine bubbles and fresh aromas of green apple, white peach and citrus, showing a lively, elegant and well-balanced character on the palate.
The Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir N/V delights with a fine mousse, vibrant berry aromas and fresh citrus notes in a harmonious, refreshing style.
