In the glass, the sparkling wine shines in a delicate golden hue. The nose delights with fresh aromas of green apple, complemented by subtle notes of pear and butter biscuit. On the palate, fruity nuances and fine minerality are supported by vibrant acidity and an elegant structure.
The cuvée of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a touch of Pinot Meunier was aged on the lees for at least 20 months and impresses with length and finesse.
