In the glass, the rosé appears fresh and inviting with a delicate pale colour. The nose reveals watermelon and grapefruit aromas, complemented by vibrant red berry notes.
On the palate, the wine impresses with a silky, creamy texture and juicy fruit flavours. Bright acidity provides freshness and balance, while extended lees contact adds depth and harmony. The finish is crisp, refreshing and elegant.
The grapes were harvested in two separate early-morning picks to capture both freshness and aromatic complexity. Cool fermentation temperatures preserve the wine’s purity and refined rosé style.
