Product information "Asara Speciality Collection Grand Legacy Cabernet Sauvignon 2022"
In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby colour. The bouquet displays intense aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and graphite, complemented by subtle hints of dried herbs and fine oak spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and silky, showing layers of ripe dark fruit, earthy undertones, and beautifully integrated tannins. The finish is long, graceful, and perfectly balanced.
The grapes come from the estate’s prized south-west facing slopes, where decomposed granite soils and cool breezes ensure a slow, even ripening. After careful hand selection, the wine matured for up to 24 months in French oak barrels, gaining remarkable complexity and elegance.
A powerful and distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon with outstanding aging potential – ideal with beef fillet, lamb, or matured cheeses.
