The nose is precise and cool, showing citrus aromas alongside stone fruit, lemongrass and a subtle dusty mineral note that gives the bouquet focused freshness.
On the palate, the Semillon is taut and vibrant. Lemon, nectarine and white peach are supported by lively acidity, while flinty nuances and texture create driven intensity and structure.
Lees ageing in stainless steel, concrete egg and seasoned oak adds depth without masking freshness. Youthful and compact today, the wine shows a clear cellaring potential over the coming years.
