The bouquet reveals delicate floral tones alongside stone fruit, melon, and a touch of honey, reflecting the wine’s elegant and terroir-driven nature.
On the palate, it displays flavours of nectarine, quince, and apricot, balanced by lively acidity and a creamy lees texture. A hint of citrus zest adds brightness to the long, lingering finish.
Aged partly in stainless steel and French oak (4 % new) for four months on fine lees, this Chenin Blanc combines freshness, texture, and depth in perfect harmony.
